REFUND POLICY.

Because we operate as a charitable initiative relying on donations from individuals like you, all donations made through our website are considered final and non-refundable. However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe a donation was made in error or if you experience a technical issue that resulted in an incorrect amount being charged, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the donation.

• The request must include the transaction ID, donor’s name, email address, and donation amount.

• Refunds will only be issued in the case of duplicate transactions, incorrect amounts, or unauthorised payments.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal).

• We do not issue refunds for donations made more than 48 hours prior or for any donation already allocated to an active campaign.
